We all know what it's like to move to a new place. It's hard to build community while figuring out who serves the best vermut or where you can hire a plumber. Belonging begins when you know your barrio and have a group to share it with.
Join us for a 40-hour immersive program to put down roots through activities that help you to explore, share, and connect.
This is a weekend for people who want to

skip the small talk and actually meet people,

step out of their comfort zone to actually do something,

contribute to their community rather than just live in it.
It's not for everyone. But it could be for you.

And then what...
So you've completed your 40-hour Barrio Bootcamp. You've connected deeply with your pod. You're getting to know the neighbourhood... now what?
If you opt-in*, you would become a Barrio Fellow.
You'll be invited to regular happenings and hangouts in your neighbourhood.
Some events are planned, others spontaneous. You’ll sometimes take an active role, and other times just enjoy the moment. Whether deepening connections or giving back to the community each gathering helps build belonging in your neighborhood.
They might be in a plaza, a bookstore, a bar, or a Fellow's home.
They're just for Barrio Fellows (+ friends) - so you can connect with other nearby humans who are also investing in their place and people.
There's no cost for now. Just show up!
*Becoming a Fellow is completely optional— you won't be signing any dotted lines.
